Romans 1:9-10 Part 1 of 2

God, whom I serve in my spirit in preaching the gospel of his Son, is my witness how constantly I remember you in my prayers at all times; and I pray that now at last by God's will the way may be opened for me to come to you.

2 Timothy 1:3  I thank God, whom I serve, as my ancestors did, with a clear conscience, as night and day I constantly remember you in my prayers.
 
is my witness 
Job 16:19  "Even now my witness is in heaven; my advocate is on high."
Jeremiah 42:5-6  Then they (the remnant escaping from the Babylonians) said to Jeremiah, "May the LORD be a true and faithful witness against us if we do not act in accordance with everything the LORD  your God sends  you to tell us. Whether it is favorable or unfavorable, we will obey the LORD our God, to whom we are sending you, so that it will go well with us, for we will obey the LORD our God." (but they didn't)
2 Corinthians 1:23  I call God as my witness--and I stake my life on it--that it was in order to spare you that I did not return to Corinth.
Galatians 1:20  I assure you before God that what I am writing you is no lie.
Philippians 1:8  God can testify how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.
1 Thessalonians 2:5  You know we never used flattery, nor did we put on a mask to cover up greed--God is our witness.
