Revelation 17:8-11

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 

Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     

Revelation 22:7  NASB

"The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss and go to its destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because it once was, now is not, and yet will come. This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits. They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come he must remain for only a little while. The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is going to his destruction." 

The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and yet will come up out of the Abyss 
Luke 8:30-31  Jesus asked him, "What is your name?"  "Legion," he replied, because many demons had gone into him. And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss.

and to go to its destruction 
Revelation 3:10  "Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor's crown."

whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world
Revelation 20:12  And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.

will be astonished when they see the beast, because it once was, now is not, and yet will come
Revelation 13:3  One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast.

This calls for a mind with wisdom 
Revelation 13:18  This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666.

The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits
Revelation 17:3  Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.

The beast who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king
