Revelation 16:5-7 Part 2 of 2

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 

Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     

Revelation 22:7  NASB

Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say: "You are just in these judgments, O Holy One, you who are and who were; for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets, and you have given them blood to drink as they deserve." And I heard the altar respond: "Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and just are your judgments."  

and you have given them blood to drink as they deserve 
Isaiah 49:26  "I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh; they will be drunk on their own blood, as with wine. Then all mankind will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob."
Obadiah 15  "The day of the LORD is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head."
Galatians 6:7  Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
Revelation 17:6  I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of God's holy people, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus.
Revelation 18:24  "In her was found the blood of prophets and of God's holy people, of all who have been slaughtered on the earth."

And I heard the altar respond 
Revelation 6:9  When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. 
Revelation 14:18  Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, "Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth's vine, because its grapes are ripe."

Yes, Lord God Almighty 
Revelation 1:8  "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty."

true and just are your judgments 
Revelation 19:1-2  After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting: "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants."
