Revelation 11:1-2 Part 2 of 2

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 
Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     
Revelation 22:7  NASB

I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, "Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers. But exclude the outer court, do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months."  

They will trample on the holy city 
Revelation 21:2  I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. 

for 42 months 
Revelation 11:3  "And I will appoint my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days (42 months), clothed in sackcloth."
Daniel 7:25  " 'He (the fourth beast) will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time (42 months).' " 
Daniel 12:7  The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, "It will be for a time, times and half a time (42 months). When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed."
Revelation 12:6  The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days (42 months).
Revelation 12:14  The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time (42 months), out of the serpent's reach.
Revelation 13:5  The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise authority for forty-two months.
