Ephesians 5:21-24 Part 2 of 2

Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.  

as you do to the Lord 
Ephesians 6:5  Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.

For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church 
Ephesians 1:22-23  And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way. 

Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything 
Ephesians 5:22  Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord.
