Jesus
withdrew with his disciples to the lake, and a large crowd from Galilee
followed. When they heard about all he was doing, many people came to
him from Judea, Jerusalem, Idumea, and the regions across the Jordan and
around Tyre and Sidon. Because of the crowd he told his disciples to
have a small boat ready for him, to keep the people from crowding him.
For he had healed many, so that those with diseases were pushing forward
to touch him. Whenever the impure spirits saw him, they fell down
before him and cried out, "You are the Son of God." But he gave them
strict orders not to tell others about him.

Matthew 8:28-29, 32 When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, two demon possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way. "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" ....
He said to them, "Go!" So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water.

Mark 1:34 ... He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was. (see verses 29-34, also Matthew 8:16-17, Luke 4:40-41)
Mark 9:25-26 When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the impure spirit. "You deaf and mute spirit." he said, "I command you, come out of him and never enter him again."

Luke 4:33-35 In the synagogue there was a man possessed by a demon, an impure spirit. He cried out at the top of his voice, "Go away! What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are--the Holy One of God!"
"Be quiet!" Jesus said sternly. "Come out of him!" Then the demon threw the man down before them all and came out without injuring him. (see verses 31-37, also Mark 1:21-28)
