Romans 12:3-5 Part 1 of 2

For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.

For by the grace given me I say to every one of you
Romans 15:15-16  Yet I have written to you quite boldly on some points to remind you of them again, because of the grace God gave me to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. He gave me the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God, so that the Gentiles might become an offering acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 15:10  But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.
Galatians 2:9  James, Cephas and John, those esteemed as pillars, gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship when they recognized the grace given to me. They agreed that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcised.
Ephesians 3:7  I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God's grace given me through the working of his power.
Ephesians 4:7  But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.
1 Peter 4:10-11  Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function
1 Corinthians 12:12-14  Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized with one Spirit so as to form one body--whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free--and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.
Ephesians 4:16  From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
