Psalm 59:6-8

They return at evening, snarling like dogs, and prowl about the city. See what they spew from their mouths--the words from their lips are sharp as swords, and they think, "Who can hear us?" But you laugh at them, LORD; you scoff at all those nations. 

They return at evening, snarling like dogs 
Psalm 22:16  Dogs surround me; a pack of villains encircles me; they pierce my hands and my feet.

See what they spew from their mouths 
Psalm 94:4  They pour out arrogant words; all the evildoers are full of boasting.
Proverbs 10:32  The lips of the righteous know what finds favor, but the mouth of the wicked only what is perverse.
Proverbs 12:23  The prudent keep their knowledge to themselves, but a fool's heart blurts out folly.
Proverbs 15:2  The tongue of the wise adorns knowledge, but the mouth of the fool gushes folly.
Proverbs 15:28  The heart of the righteous weighs its answers, but the mouth of the wicked gushes evil.

Psalm 55:21  His talk is smooth as butter, yet war is in his heart; his words are more soothing than oil, yet they are drawn swords.

and they think, "Who can hear us?" 
Job 22:13  "Yet you say, 'What does God know? Does he judge through such darkness?' "

But you laugh at them, LORD 
Psalm 37:13  ... but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming.
Proverbs 1:26-27  "I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you--when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you."
