Psalm 58:11

Then people will say, "Surely the righteous still are rewarded; surely there is a God who judges the earth."

Surely the righteous still are rewarded
Genesis 15:1  After this, the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision: "Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward."
Psalm 18:20  The LORD has dealt with me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me.
Psalm 37:25  I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.
Isaiah 3:10  Tell the righteous it will be well with them, for they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds.
Psalm 128:2  You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.
Luke 6:23  "Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their ancestors treated the prophets."

surely there is a God who judges the earth
Genesis 18:25  "Far be it from you to do such a thing--to kill the righteous with the wicked, treating the righteous and the wicked alike. Far be it from you! Will not the Judge of all the earth do right?"
Psalm 75:7  It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another.
Romans 3:3-6  What if some were unfaithful? Will their unfaithfulness nullify God's faithfulness? Not at all! Let God be true, and every human being a liar. As it is written: "So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge." (Psalm 51:4) But if our unrighteousness brings out God's righteousness more clearly, what shall we say? That God is unjust in bringing his wrath on us? Certainly not! If that were so, how could God judge the world?
