Send me your light and your faithful care, let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell.

Send me your light 
Psalm 27:1  The LORD is my light and my salvation--whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life--of whom shall I be afraid?

and your faithful care 
Psalm 26:2-3  Test me, LORD, and try me, examine my heart and my mind; for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love and have lived in reliance on your faithfulness.

let them lead me

to the place where you dwell 
2 Samuel 15:25  Then the king (David) said to Zadok, "Take the ark of God back into the city. If I find favor in the LORD's eyes, he will bring me back and let me see it and his dwelling place again."
Psalm 46:4  There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.
