Psalm 37:30-31

The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom, and their tongues speak what is just. The law of their God is in their hearts; their feet do not slip. 

The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom 
Psalm 49:3  My mouth will speak words of wisdom; the meditation of my heart will give you understanding.
Proverbs 10:13  Wisdom is found on the lips of the discerning, but a rod is for the back of one who has no sense. 
Psalm 119:98  Your commands are always with me and make me wiser than my enemies.
Psalm 119:130  The unfolding of your word gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.  

The law of their God is in their hearts 
Deuteronomy 6:4-7  Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Job 22:22  "Accept instruction from his mouth and lay up his words in your heart."

their feet do not slip 
Deuteronomy 32:35  "It is mine to avenge; I will repay. In due time their foot will slip; their day of disaster is near and their doom rushes upon them."
Psalm 17:5  My steps have held to your paths; my feet have not stumbled.
Psalm 121:3-4  He will not let your foot slip--he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
