Psalm 37:27-29 Part 2 of 2

Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever. For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish. The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever.

Job 18:17  "The memory of him perishes from the earth; he has no name in the land."
Psalm 34:16  ... but the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth.
Psalm 109:15  May their sins always remain before the LORD that he may blot out their name from the earth.
Proverbs 2:22  ... but the wicked will be cut off from the land, and the unfaithful will be torn from it.

The righteous will inherit the land 
Psalm 37:9  For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.
Proverbs 2:21  For the upright will live in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; ...

and dwell in it forever 
Isaiah 34:17  He allots their portions; his hand distributes them by measure. They will possess it forever and dwell there from generation to generation. (the creatures of Isaiah 34:11, 13-15)
