Psalm 37:20-22

But the wicked will perish: Though the LORD's enemies are like the flowers of the field they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke. The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously; those the LORD blesses will inherit the land, but those he curses will be destroyed.

But the wicked will perish 
Psalm 34:21  Evil will slay the wicked; the foes of the righteous will be condemned.

they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke 
Psalm 68:2  May you blow them away like smoke--as wax melts before the fire, may the wicked perish before God.
Psalm 102:3  For my days vanish like smoke; my bones burn like glowing embers.
Isaiah 51:6  "Lift up your eyes to the heavens, look at the earth beneath; the heavens will vanish like smoke, the earth will wear out like a garment and its inhabitants die like flies. But my salvation will last forever, my righteousness will never fail."

Leviticus 25:35  " 'If any of your fellow Israelites become poor and are unable to support themselves among you, help them as you would a foreigner or a stranger, so they can continue to live among you.' "
Psalm 112:5  Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.

but those he curses 
Job 5:3  "I myself have seen a fool taking root, but suddenly his house was cursed."

will be destroyed 
Psalm 37:9  For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.
