Psalm 35:10

My whole being will exclaim, "Who is like you, LORD? You rescue the poor from those too strong for them, the poor and needy from those who rob them."

Who is like you, LORD? 
Exodus 9:13-14  Then the LORD said to Moses, "Get up early in the morning, confront Pharaoh and say to him, 'This is what the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, says: Let my people go, so that they may worship me, or this time I will send the full force of my plagues against you and against your officials and your people, so you may know that there is no one like me in all the earth.' "
Psalm 18:31  For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God?

You rescue the poor from those too strong for them 
Psalm 18:17  He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from my foes, who were too strong for me.

the poor and needy from those who rob them 
Psalm 12:5  "Because the poor are plundered and the needy groan, I will now arise," says the LORD. "I will protect them from those who malign them."
Psalm 37:14  The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright.
Psalm 74:21  Do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace; may the poor and needy praise your name.
Psalm 86:1  Hear me, LORD, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.
