Psalm 34:15-16

The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry; but the face of the LORD is against those who do evil, to blot out their name from the earth.

The eyes of the LORD 
Psalm 33:18-19  But the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.

are on the righteous 
Job 23:10  "But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold."
Job 36:7  "He does not take his eyes off the righteous; he enthrones them with kings and exalts them forever."

and his ears are attentive to their cry 
Malachi 3:16  Then those who feared the LORD talked with each other, and the LORD listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the LORD and honored his name.
John 9:31  "We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the godly person who does his will."

but the face of the LORD is against those who do evil 
Leviticus 17:10-11  " 'I will set my face against any Israelite or any foreigner residing among them who eats blood, and I will cut them off from the people. For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one's life.' "
Jeremiah 23:30-32  "Therefore," declares the LORD, "I am against the prophets who steal from one another words supposedly from me. Yes," declares the LORD, "I am against the prophets who wag their own tongues and yet declare, 'The LORD declares.' Indeed, I am against those who prophesy false dreams," declares the LORD. "They tell them and lead my people astray with their reckless lies, yet I did not send or appoint them. They do not benefit these people in the least," declares the LORD.

to blot out their name from the earth 
Exodus 17:14  Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the name of Amelek from under heaven."
Psalm 9:6  Endless ruin has overtaken my enemies, you have uprooted their cities; even the memory of them has perished.
