Psalm 32:3-4

When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. For day and night your hand was heavy on me; my strength was sapped as in the heat of summer.

When I kept silent 
Job 31:33-34  "... if I have concealed my sin as people do, by hiding my guilt in my heart because I so feared the crowd and so dreaded the contempt of the clans that I kept silent and would not go outside--..."
Psalm 39:9  I was silent; I would not open my mouth, for you are the one who has done this.

my bones wasted away 
Psalm 31:10  My life is consumed by anguish and my years by groaning; my strength fails because of my affliction, and my bones grow weak.

through my groaning all day long 
Job 3:24  "For sighing has become my daily food; my groans pour out like water."
Psalm 6:6  I am worn out from my groaning. All night long I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears.

For day and night your hand was heavy on me 
1 Samuel 5:6  The LORD's hand was heavy on the people of Ashdod and its vicinity; he brought devastation on them and afflicted them with tumors.
Job 9:33-34  "If only there were someone to mediate between us, someone to bring us together, someone to remove God's rod from me, so that his terror would frighten me no more."
Psalm 38:2  Your arrows have pierced me, and your hand has come down on me.
Psalm 39:10  Remove your scourge from me; I am overcome by the blow of your hand.

my strength was sapped as in the heat of summer 
Psalm 22:15  My mouth is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth; you lay me in the dust of death.
