Psalm 32:1-2

Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the one whose sin the LORD does not count against them and in whose spirit is no deceit. 

Blessed is the one whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered 
Psalm 85:2-3  You forgave the iniquity of your people and covered all their sins. You set aside all your wrath and turned from your fierce anger.
Psalm 103:1-5  Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits--who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Blessed is the one whose sin the LORD does not count against them 
Romans 4:6-8  David says the same thing when he speaks of the blessedness of the one to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: "Blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord will never count against them."

and in whose spirit is no deceit 
John 1:47  When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, he said of him, "Here truly is an Israelite in whom there is no deceit."
Revelation 14:5  No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.
