TRUTH Romans 2:6-8 Part 1 of 2

God "will repay each person according to what they have done." (Psalm 62:12; Proverbs 24:12) To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger.

God "will repay each person according to what they have done"
Psalm 62:12  "You reward everyone according to what they have done."
Matthew 16:27  "For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father's glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done."

To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor
Romans 2:10  ... but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first to the Jew, then for the Gentile.

and immortality
1 Corinthians 15:53-54  For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory." (Isaiah 25:8)
2 Timothy 1:9-10  He has saved us and called us to a holy life--not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.

he will give eternal life
Matthew 25:46  "Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life."
