Ruth 4:9-10

Then Boaz announced to the elders and all the people, "Today you are witnesses that I have bought from Naomi all the property of Elimelek, Kilion and Mahlon. I have also acquired Ruth the Moabite, Mahlon's widow, as my wife, in order to maintain the name of the dead with his property, so that his name will not disappear from among his family or from his hometown. Today you are witnesses!"

Isaiah 8:1-2  The LORD said to me, "Take a large scroll and write on it with an ordinary pen: Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz" (means quick to the plunder, swift to the spoil). So I called in Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah as reliable witnesses for me. 

Isaiah 8:16  Bind up this testimony of warning and seal up God's instruction among my disciples.

Isaiah 8:20  Consult God's instructions and the testimony of warning. If anyone does not speak according to this work, they have no light.

Jeremiah 32:10  "I signed and sealed the deed, had it witnessed, and weighed out the silver on the scales."

Jeremiah 32:44  "Fields will be bought for silver, and deeds will be signed, sealed and witnessed in the territory of Benjamin, in the villages around Jerusalem, in the towns of Judah and in the towns of the hill country, of the western foothills and of the Negev, because I will restore their fortunes, declares the LORD."

I have also acquired Ruth the Moabite, Mahlon's widow, as my wife 

Deuteronomy 25:5  If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside the family. Her husband's brother shall take her and marry her and fulfill the duty of brother-in-law to her.

in order to maintain the name of the dead with his property, so that his name will not disappear from among his family or from his hometown 

Deuteronomy 25:6  The first son she bears shall carry on the name of the dead brother so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel.

Today you are witnesses! 

Joshua 24:22  Then Joshua said, "You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen to serve the LORD."

Isaiah 43:10  "You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me."

Isaiah 44:8  "Do not tremble, do not be afraid. Did I not proclaim this and foretell it long ago? You are my witnesses. Is there any God besides me? No, there is no other Rock; I know not one."
