Then John gave this testimony: "I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him. And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, 'The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.' I have seen and I testify that this is God's Chosen One."
I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him
Matthew 3:16-17 As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased."
Mark 1:9-11 At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. Just as Jesus was coming up out of the water, he saw heaven being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased."

Mark 1:4 And so John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
John 1:26 "I baptize with water," John replied, "but among you stands one you do not know."
The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit
Mark 1:7-8
And this was his message: "After me comes the one more powerful than I,
the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down to untie. I
baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit."
Acts 1:5 "For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit."
Acts 19:4-5 Paul said, "John's baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus." On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
