1 Peter 3:7 Part 2 of 2

Husbands in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers.

Psalm 17:1  Hear me, LORD, my plea is just; listen to my cry. Hear my prayer--it does not rise from deceitful lips.

Mark 12:38-40  As he taught, Jesus said, "Watch out for the teachers of the law. They like to walk around in flowing robes and be greeted with respect in the marketplaces, and have the most important seats in the synagogues and places of honor at banquets. They devour widows' houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. These men will be punished most severely." 
Romans 12:12  Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
1 Corinthians 7:5  Do not deprive each other except perhaps by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
Colossians 4:2  Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
James 4:3  When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.
1 Peter 4:7  The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.
