"I have seen their ways, but I will heal them; I will guide them and restore comfort to Israel's mourners, creating praise on their lips. Peace, peace, to those far and near," says the LORD. "And I will heal them."

Isaiah 6:7  With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for."
Isaiah 51:16  "I have put my words in your mouth and covered you with the shadow of my  hand--I who set the heavens in place, who laid the foundations of the earth, and who say to Zion, 'Your are my people.' "
Isaiah 59:21  "As for me, this is my covenant with them," says the LORD. "My Spirit, who is on you, will not depart from you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will always be on your lips, on the lips of your children and on the lips of their descendants--from this time on and forever," says the LORD.
Hebrews 13:15  Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise--the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.

Peace, peace 
Isaiah 2:4  He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.
Isaiah 26:3  You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
Isaiah 26:12  LORD, you establish peace for us; all that we have accomplished you have done for us.
Isaiah 32:17  The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever.
Luke 2:14  "Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests."
