TRUTH 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 Part 1 of 2

The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. 

The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works 
Matthew 4:10  Jesus said to him, "Away from me, Satan! For it is written: 'Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.' " (Deuteronomy 6:13)

He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie 
Matthew 24:24  "For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect."
Revelation 13:13  And it (the second beast) performed great signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to the earth in full view of the people.
John 4:48  "Unless you people see signs and wonders," Jesus told him, "you will never believe."

and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing 
1 Corinthians 1:18  For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved 
Proverbs 4:6  Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you.
John 3:17-19  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.
