Matthew 5:8-9

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God."

Blessed are the pure in heart
Psalm 24:3 -4 Who may ascend the hill of the LORD? Who may stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear by what is false.
Psalm 73:1 Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart.

for they will see God
Psalm 17:15 And I--in righteousness I will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.
Psalm 42:2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?
Hebrews 12:14 Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
Revelation 22:4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.

Blessed are the peacemakers
Romans 14:19 Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.
James 3:18 Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness.

Matthew 5:44-45 "But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous."
Romans 8:14 ... because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
