Mark 8:27-30 Part 2 of 2

    Jesus and his disciples went on to the villages around Caesarea Philippi. On the way he asked them, "Who do people say I am?"
    They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, one of the prophets."
    "But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"
    Peter answered, "You are the Messiah."
    Jesus warned them not to tell anyone about him.   
 
"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?" Peter answered, "You are the Messiah."
Matthew 16:15-16
    "But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"
    Simon Peter answered, "You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God."
Luke 9:20  
    "But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"
    Peter answered, "God's Messiah."
John 6:68-69  
    Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God."

Jesus warned them not to tell anyone about him. 
Matthew 16:20  
Then he ordered his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Messiah.
Luke 9:21  
    Jesus warned them not to tell this to anyone.
Matthew 8:4  
Then Jesus said to him, "See that you don't tell anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift Moses commanded, as a testimony to them."  (see Matthew 8:1-4) 
Matthew 12:15-16  
    Aware of this (see verse 14), Jesus withdrew from that place. A large crowd followed him, and he healed all who were ill. He warned them not to tell others about him.

Mark 7:36  
    Jesus commanded them not to tell anyone. But the more he did so, the more they kept talking about it.
