1 Timothy 5:21-23

I charge you, in the sight of God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels, to keep these instructions without partiality, and to do nothing out of favoritism. Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands, and do not share in the sins of others. Keep yourself pure. Stop drinking only water, and use a little wine because of your stomach and your frequent illnesses.

1 Timothy 6:13-15a  In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you to keep this command without spot of blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which God will bring about in his own time--... 
2 Timothy 4:1-2  In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction.

Do not be hasty in the laying on of hands 
Acts 6:6  They presented these men to the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them.

and do not share in the sins of others 
Ephesians 5:11-13  Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything exposed by the light becomes visible--and everything that is illuminated becomes a light.

Keep yourself pure 
Psalm 18:26  ... to the pure you show yourself pure, but to the devious you show yourself shrewd.
Proverbs 15:26  The LORD detests the thoughts of the wicked, but gracious words are pure in his sight.
Matthew 5:8  "Blessed are the pure in heart for they will see God."
