Revelation 18:9-10 Part 1 of 2

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 
Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     
Revelation 22:7  NASB

"When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her. Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: 'Woe! Woe to you, great city, you mighty city of Babylon! In one hour your doom has come!' " 

When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her 
Revelation 18:3  "For the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries."
Revelation 14:8  A second angel followed and said, " 'Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great,' (Isaiah 21:9) which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries."
Revelation 17:2  "With her the kings of the earth committed adultery, and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries."
Revelation 17:4  The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held a golden cup in her hand, filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.

and shared her luxury 
Revelation 18:7  "Give her as much torment and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. In her heart she boasts, 'I sit enthroned as queen. I am not a widow; (Isaiah 47:7-8) I will never mourn.' "

see the smoke of her burning 
Revelation 18:18  "When they see the smoke of her burning, they will exclaim, 'Was there ever a city like this great city?' "
Revelation 14:11  "And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name."
Revelation 19:3  And again they shouted: "Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever."

they will weep and mourn over her 
Jeremiah 51:8  "Babylon will suddenly fall and be broken. Wail over her! Get balm for her pain; perhaps she can be healed." 
Ezekiel 26:17-18  "Then they will take up a lament concerning you (Tyre) and say to you: 'How you are destroyed, city of renown, peopled by men of the sea! You were a power on the seas, you and your citizens; you put your terror on all who lived there. Now the coast lands tremble on the day of your fall; the islands in the sea are terrified at your collapse.' "
