Revelation 18:19-20

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 

Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     

Revelation 22:7  NASB

"They will throw dust on their heads, and with weeping and mourning cry out: 'Woe! Woe to you, great city, where all who had ships on the sea became rich through her wealth! In one hour she has been brought to ruin!' Rejoice over her, you heavens! Rejoice, you people of God! Rejoice, apostles and prophets! For God has judged her with the judgment she imposed on you." 

They will throw dust on their heads 
Joshua 7:6  Then Joshua tore his clothes and fell facedown to the ground before the ark of the LORD, remaining there till evening. The elders of Israel did the same, and sprinkled dust on their heads.
Lamentations 2:10  The elders of Daughter Zion sit on the ground in silence; they have sprinkled dust on their heads and put on sackcloth. The young women of Jerusalem have bowed their heads to the ground.
Ezekiel 27:30  " 'They will raise their voice and cry bitterly over you; they will sprinkle dust on their heads and roll in ashes.' "

and with weeping and mourning cry out 
Revelation 18:11  "The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her because no one buys their cargoes anymore--..."
Revelation 18:15  "The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment. They will weep and mourn ..."
Ezekiel 27:31  " 'They will shave their heads because of you and will put on sackcloth. They will weep over you with anguish of soul and with bitter mourning.' "

Woe! Woe to you, great city 
Revelation 18:10  "Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: 'Woe! Woe to you, great city, you mighty city of Babylon! In one hour your doom has come!' "
Revelation 18:16  "... and cry out: 'Woe! Woe to you, great city, dressed in fine linen, purple and scarlet, and glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls!' "
Revelation 17:18  "The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth."

In one hour she has been brought to ruin 
Revelation 17:16  "The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire."

Rejoice over her, you heavens! 
Jeremiah 51:48  "Then heaven and earth and all that is in them will shout for joy over Babylon, for out of the north destroyers will attack her," declares the LORD.
Revelation 12:12  "Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you! He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short."

For God has judged her with the judgment she imposed on you 
Revelation 19:2  "... for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great prostitute who corrupted the earth by her adulteries. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants."
