Revelation 18:17-18

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 

Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     

Revelation 22:7  NASB

" 'In one hour such great wealth has been brought to ruin!' Every ship captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea, will stand far off. When they see the smoke of her burning, they will exclaim, 'Was there ever a city like this great city?' "

In one hour 
Revelation 18:10  "Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: 'Woe! Woe to you, great city, you mighty city of Babylon! In one hour your doom has come!' "
Revelation 17:12  "The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast."

such great wealth has been brought to ruin 
Revelation 17:16  "The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire." 

Every ship captain, and all who travel by ship, the sailors, and all who earn their living from the sea 
Ezekiel 27:28-30  " 'The shorelands will quake when your sailors cry out. All who handle the oars will abandon their ships; the mariners and all the sailors will stand on the shore. They will raise their voice and cry bitterly over you; they will sprinkle dust on their heads and roll in ashes.' "

will stand far off 
Revelation 18:15  "The merchants who sold these things and gained their wealth from her will stand far off, terrified at her torment. They will weep and mourn ..."

When they see the smoke of her burning 
Revelation 18:9  "When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her."
Revelation 19:3  And again they shouted: "Hallelujah! The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever."

Was there ever a city like this great city? 
Revelation 17:18  "The woman you saw is the great city that rules over all the kings of the earth."
Ezekiel 27:32  " 'As they wail and mourn over you, they will take up a lament concerning you: "Who was ever silenced like Tyre, surrounded by the sea?" ' "
Revelation 13:4  People worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, "Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?"
