Revelation 1:14-16 Part 2 of 2

"And behold, I am coming quickly.
Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."
Revelation 22:7  NASB

The hair on his head was white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. In his right hand he held seven stars, and coming out of his mouth was a sharp double-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining in all its brilliance.

In his right hand he held seven stars

and coming out of his mouth was a sharp, double-edged sword

Revelation 19:15  Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with an iron scepter." (Psalm 2:9) He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.

His face was like the sun shining in all its brilliance
Judges 5:31  "So may all your enemies perish, LORD! But may all who love you be like the sun when it rises to its strength." Then the land had peace for forty years.
Matthew 17:1-2  After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light.
