Psalm 7:6-7

Arise, LORD, in your anger; rise up against the rage of my enemies. Awake, my God; decree justice. Let the assembled peoples gather around you, while you sit enthroned over them on high. 

Arise, LORD 
2 Chronicles 6:41  "Now arise, LORD God, and come to your resting place, you and the ark of your might. May your priests, LORD God, be clothed with salvation, may your faithful people rejoice in your goodness."

rise up against the rage of my enemies 
Psalm 138:7  Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes; with your right hand you save me.

Awake, my God, decree justice 
Psalm 35:23  Awake, and rise to my defense! Contend for me, my God and Lord.

Let the assembled peoples gather around you, while you sit enthroned over them on high
