Romans 1:26-27

Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.

Because of this, God gave them over 

Romans 1:24  Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual immorality for the degrading of their bodies with one another.

Romans 1:28  Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

to shameful lusts 

Ephesians 4:19  Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.

1 Thessalonians 4:4-5  ... that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God; ...

Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones 

Leviticus 18:22-23  " 'Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable. Do not have sexual relations with an animal and defile yourself with it. A woman must not present herself to an animal to have sexual relations with it; that is a perversion.' "

Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error 

Leviticus 20:13  " 'If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.' "

1 Corinthians 6:18  Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.
