Revelation 22:3-5 Part 2 of 2

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 

Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     

Revelation 22:7  NASB

No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

There will be no more night 
Revelation 21:25  On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no night there.
Zechariah 14:7  It will be a unique day--a day known only to the LORD--with no distinction between day and night. When evening comes, there will be light.

for the Lord God will give them light 
Isaiah 60:19-20  "The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end."
Revelation 21:23  The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.

And they will live for ever and ever 
Daniel 7:27  " 'Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven will be handed over to the holy people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him.' "
Revelation 20:4  I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received the mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
