Revelation 21:22-23

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 

Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     

Revelation 22:7  NASB

I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple. The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.

I did not see a temple in the city 
John 4:21  "Woman," Jesus replied, "believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem." 
John 4:23  "Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks."

because the Lord Almighty 
Revelation 1:8  "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty."

and the Lamb are its temple 
Revelation 5:6  Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God 
Revelation 21:11  It shown with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.

gives it light 
Isaiah 24:23  The moon will be dismayed, the sun ashamed; for the LORD Almighty will reign on mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before its elders--with great glory.
Isaiah 60:19-20  "The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end."
Revelation 22:5  There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

and the Lamb is its lamp 
Psalm 119:105  Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.
John 1:1-3  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
