Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on earth--to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water."

Then I saw another angel flying in midair 
Revelation 8:13  As I watched, I heard an eagle that was flying in midair call out in a loud voice: "Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the other three angels!"
Revelation 19:17-18  And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, "Come, gather together for the great supper of God, so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals and the mighty, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, great and small." 

and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on earth 
Revelation 3:10  "Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth."

to every nation, tribe, language and people 
Revelation 13:7  It was given power to wage war against God's holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.

He said in a loud voice, "Fear God" 
Psalm 34:9  Fear the LORD, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing.
Revelation 15:3-4  "Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the nations. Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed."

and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come 
Revelation 11:13  At that very  hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea 
Revelation 10:6  And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, "There will be no more delay!"
Psalm 146:6  He is the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them--he remains faithful forever.

and the springs of water 
Revelation 8:10  The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water--...
Revelation 16:4  The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood.
