Ephesians 1:7-10

In him (Jesus Christ) we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding, he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ, to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment--to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ.

In him we have redemption 
Ephesians 1:13-14  And you also were included in Christ when you heard the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation. When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possession--to the praise of his glory.
Romans 3:24  ... and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

through his blood 
Romans 3:25a  God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood--to be received by faith.

the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that he lavished on us 
Romans 2:4  Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God's kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?

With all wisdom and understanding, he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure 
Romans 16:25  Now to him who is able to establish you in accordance with my gospel, the message I proclaim about Jesus Christ, in keeping with the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, ... 

which he purposed in Christ 
Ephesians 1:11  In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, ...

to be put into effect when the times reach their fulfillment 
Mark 1:15  "The time has come," he (Jesus) said. "The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!"

to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ 
Colossians 1:20  ... and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.
