TRUST Psalm 44:6-8

I put no trust in my bow, my sword does not bring me victory; but you give us victory over our enemies, you put our adversaries to shame. In God we make our boast all day long, and we will praise your name forever. 

I put no trust in my bow 
Genesis 48:22  "And to you (Joseph) I (Jacob) give one more ridge of land than to your brothers, the ridge I took from the Amorites with my sword and my bow."
Hosea 1:7  "Yet I will show love to Judah; and I will save them--not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but I, the LORD their God, will save them."

but you give us victory over our enemies 
Job 8:22  "Your enemies will be clothed in shame, and the tents of the wicked will be no more."

In God we make our boast 
Psalm 34:2  I will glory in the LORD; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
1 Corinthians 1:31  Therefore, as it is written: "Let the one who boasts boast in the LORD." (Jeremiah 9:24)
2 Corinthians 10:17-18  But "Let the one who boasts boast in the LORD." (Jeremiah 9:24) For it is not the one who commends himself who is approved, but the one whom the LORD commends.

all day long 
Psalm 52:1  Why do you boast of evil, you mighty hero? Why do you boast all day long, you who are a disgrace in the eyes of God?

and we will praise your name forever 
Psalm 30:11-12  You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, that my heart may sing your praises and not be silent. LORD my God, I will praise you forever.
