SALVATION Isaiah 33:2

LORD, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress.

LORD, be gracious to us 
Genesis 43:29  As he looked about and saw his brother Benjamin, his own mother's son, he asked, "Is this your youngest brother, the one you told me about?" And he said, "God be gracious to you, my son."
Ezra 9:8  "But now, for a brief moment, the LORD our God has been gracious in leaving us a remnant and giving us a firm place in his sanctuary, and so our God gives light to our eyes and a little relief in our bondage."

Be our strength every morning 
Isaiah 40:10  See, the Sovereign LORD comes with power, and he rules with a mighty arm. See, his reward is with him and his recompense accompanies him.
Isaiah 51:9  Awake, awake, arm of the LORD, clothe yourself with strength! Awake, as in days gone by, as in generations of old. Was it not you who cut Rahab (Egypt) to pieces, who pierced that monster through?
Isaiah 59:15b-16  The LORD looked and was displeased that there was no justice. He saw that there was no one, he was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so his own arm achieved salvation for him, and his own righteousness sustained him.
Isaiah 63:5  "I looked, but there was no one to help, I was appalled that no one gave support; so my own arm achieved salvation for me, and my own wrath sustained me."

our salvation 
Psalm 13:5  But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation.
Isaiah 12:2  "Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation."

in time of distress 
Isaiah 5:30  In that day they will roar over it like a roaring of the sea. And if one looks at the land, there is only darkness and distress; even the sun will be darkened by clouds.
