SALVATION Isaiah 26:1

In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; God makes salvation its walls and ramparts.

In that day
Isaiah 10:20  In that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel.
Isaiah 10:27  In that day their burden will be lifted from your shoulders, their yoke from your neck; they yoke will be broken because you have grown so fat.
Isaiah 12:1  In that day you will say: "I will praise you, LORD. Although you were angry with me, your anger turned away and you have comforted me."
Isaiah 12:4  In that day you will say: "Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted."
Isaiah 24:21  In that day the LORD will punish the powers in the heavens above and the kings on the earth below.
Isaiah 29:9  In that day they will say, "Surely this is our God; we trusted in him and he saved us. This is the LORD, we trusted in him; let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation."

this song will be sung in the land of Judah
Isaiah 30:29  And you will sing as on the night you celebrate a holy festival; your hearts will rejoice as when people playing pipes go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the Rock of Israel.

We have a strong city
Isaiah 14:32  What answer shall be given to the envoys of that nation? "The LORD has established Zion, and in her his afflicted people will find refuge."

God makes salvation its walls and ramparts
Isaiah 32:18  My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.
Isaiah 60:18  "No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise."
Zechariah 2:5  " 'And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,' declares the LORD. 'and I will be its glory within.' "
Zechariah 9:8  But I will encamp at my temple to guard it against marauding forces. Never again will an oppressor overrun my people, for now I am keeping watch
Psalm 48:12-13  Walk about Zion, go around her, count her towers, consider well her ramparts, view her citadels, that you may tell of them to the next generation.
