JOY Job 9:25

"My days are swifter than a runner; they fly away without a glimpse of joy."

Job 7:6-7  "My days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle, and they come to an end without hope. Remember, O God, that my life is but a breath; my eyes will never see happiness again."
Job 10:20-22  "Are not my few days almost over? Turn away from me so I can have a moment's joy before I go the place of no return, to the land of gloom and utter darkness, to the land of deepest night, of utter darkness and disorder, where even the light is like darkness."
Psalm 144:3-4  LORD, what are human beings that you care for them, mere mortals that you think of them? They are like a breath; their days are like a fleeting shadow.

Job 42:1-6  Then Job replied to the LORD: "I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted. You asked, 'Who is this that obscures my plans without knowledge?' Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know. You said, 'Listen now, and I will speak; I will question you, and you shall answer me.' My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you. Therefore I despise myself and repent in dust and ashes."
Job 42:10  After Job prayed for his friends, the LORD restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.
