God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.
God is our refuge and strength
Psalm 142:5 I cry to you, LORD; I say, "You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living."
Isaiah 33:15-16 Those who walk righteously and speak what is right, who reject gain from extortion and keep their hands from accepting bribes, who stop their ears against plots of murder and shut their eyes against contemplating evil--they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.
Jeremiah 16:19-20 LORD, my strength and my fortress, my refuge in time of distress, to you the nations will come from the ends of the earth and say, "Our ancestors possessed nothing but false gods, worthless idols that did them no good. Do people make their own gods? Yes, but they are not gods!"
Jeremiah 17:17 Do not be a terror to me; you are my refuge in the day of disaster.
Joel 3:16 The LORD will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the heavens will tremble. But the LORD will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.
Nahum 1:7 The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him, ...
Psalm 18:1 I love you LORD, my strength.
