Isaiah 45:8

"You heavens above, rain down righteousness; let the clouds shower it down. Let the earth open wide, let salvation spring up, let righteousness grow with it; I, the LORD, have created it."

You heavens above, rain
Psalm 72:6 He will be like rain falling on a mown field, like showers watering the earth.
Psalm 133:3 It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.

Psalm 85:9 Surely his salvation is near those who fear him, that his glory may dwell in our land.
