Psalm 19:1-3

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard.

The heavens
Psalm 89:5 The heavens praise your wonders, O LORD, your faithfulness too, in the assembly of the holy ones.
Isaiah 40:22 He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its peoples are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in.

declare
Psalm 50:6 And the heavens proclaim his righteousness, for God himself is judge.
Psalm 148:3 Praise him, sun and moon, praise him all you shining stars.

the skies
Genesis 1:8 God called the expanse "sky." And there was evening, and there was morning--the second day.

Psalm 8:6 You made him ruler over the works of your hands; you put everything under his feet:
