Revelation 4:3-4 Part 1 of 2

 "And behold, I am coming quickly. 

Blessed is he who heeds the words of the prophecy of this book."     

Revelation 22:7  NASB

And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and ruby. A rainbow that shone like an emerald encircled the throne. Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders. They were dressed in white and had crowns of gold on their heads. 

And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper 
Revelation 21:11  It shone with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.

and ruby 
Revelation 21:20  ... and the fifth (foundation) onyx, the sixth ruby, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth turquoise, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.

A rainbow 
Ezekiel 1:28  Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him. 
Revelation 10:1  Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. He was robed in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars.

that shone like an emerald encircled the throne 
Revelation 21:19  The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, ...

surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and seated on them were twenty-four elders 
Revelation 4:9-11  Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne, and who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say: "You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."
