GRACE Ephesians 4:7-8

But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. This is why it says: "When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people." (Psalm 68:18)

But to each one of us 
1 Corinthians 12:7  Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.
1 Corinthians 12:11  All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.

grace 
Romans 3:24  ... and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

has been given as Christ apportioned it 
Romans 12:3  For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.

When he ascended on high he took many captives 
Colossians 2:15  And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

and gave gifts to his people 
Psalm 68:18  When you ascended on high, you took many captives; you received gifts from people, even from the rebellious--that you, Lord God, might dwell there.
Exodus 15:1-2  The LORD said to Moses, "Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give."
